If using flozen fish, make sure its completely defrosted and pat dried. This recipe goes really fast, so have everything prepped and ready to go!
In a large pan, over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of avocado oil to coat the pan. Add fish to the pan and cook uninterrupted for about 3-4 min.
Flip the fish to the other side, cook for about 2 min. Lower the heat to med/low. Add butter, lemon juice to the pan. Tilt the pan and using a spoon coat the fish with the lemon / butter mixture.
